The May in Latvia is just incredible so far...
The days become longer, it gets warmer, the flowers are growing and the trees are green.
Everyone is in summer mood. And everyone is in the mood for fruits and vegetables, as it is the perfect weather to enjoy some fresh snacks.
Because of that, I started the new project "zaļa trešdiena'' (=green Wednesday) in the beginning of may.
Everyone loves food, so the kids totally support this project and are always willing to help me to prepare some snacks every Wednesday.
I really enjoy this project because it creates a nice atmosphere. The food preparation also offers a nice opportunity to talk with the kids while doing something productive and DELICIOUS!
