Baked Apple on cold winter days

Last wednesday, on the 17th January we finally did something I really wanted to do on cold winter days: baked apples!

It's getting cold in Riga and what coud be better on a snowy day than making baked apples (German style) ? -Nothing.

So on wednesday afternoon we went in the kitchen with the kids and everyone could create their own baked apple.

It was so funny and soooooo delicious! :-)
