On the 18. November, Latvia celebrated 99 years of Independence.
The whole week before this day, everyone prepared to celebrate this special day.
The colours red and white were everywhere. It was amazing to see a country which is so patriotic!
The whole weekend was full of Latvias traditions.
Traditional songs and clothes, a torchmarch, a firework, the event Staro Riga and maaaaany people in the city.
It was a very special weekend for me and it will be an amazing memory of my EVS.
